• use of physical violence, vulgar speech and rasist or religious remarks
• causing unnecessary panic or commotion
• running, skating, skateboarding, bike riding and disruption of the free flow of shoppers in the corridors
• littering
• damage or destruction of FFO property
• entering with animals, with the exception of assitance dogs
• engaging in business activity without prior written consent from the management
• asking for money or other contributions or donations; begging; distribution of commercial advertising or promotional materials; handing out samples
• sitting outside of designated seating areas
• consumption of alcohol outside of premises authorised to provide hospitality services
• photography without prior consent from the management
